Unrelated: Sharp pain in a 25 year old female just to the left of the sternum is most likely related to costochondritis although fibrocystic breast disease and fibromyalgia are also possibilities. Numbness and tingling in your foot is called "paresthesia" and is of neuropathic origin and unrelated to your chest.
