Nervous Overload: It is hard to know if the foot is connected to the chest symptoms. The lower extremity nervous overload sounds like you have back issues with radiculopathy/sciatica. The chest pain part i will leave to a physiatrist/neurologist to put together. Dr rich blake.

May be unrelated: The legs and feet may be having some neuropathy, a sign of diabetes, while chest pain could be from heartburn/ stomach, of even heart related - see your medical doctor soon.
