Could be allergies: If 3 courses of antibiotics didn't work it is most likely NOT a bacterial infection. A viral infection should be considered as the cause of your symptoms. Allergies is the probable cause. Try medication like Claritin (loratadine) or Zyrtec. They are both non-sedating, over the counter and come in generics.
