Not your heart: This most likely is a myofascial syndrome: pain arising from the ribcage, muscles, nerves, or connecting tissue (or even your breast) of the chest wall. Unless you have diabetes or use cocaine,the incidence of blocked arteries in a premenopausal 28 year old women is close to zero. If you have fever, you should be examined for a lung issue.
