I have a swollen palate. my dentist removed my wisdom tooth to see if that would help but its still swollen. what could be causing the swelling?

Many possibilities: Is it hard or soft, movable, located next to teeth or in the midline, red, white, or normal pink, painful to the touch or not, infected, etc? If your Dentist has not been able to diagnose the lesion, ask your Dentist to recommend an Oral Surgeon for consultation.
