So i just got my echo results back, everything is fine thank god. but it does report that i have a mild mitral regurgitation? should i be worried?

No: If you said "severe mitral regurgitation", you would need surveillance and possibly eventual mitral repair. However, mild regurgitation means that you are a human being and that you're alive, since just about everyone has mild mitral regurgitation. Not to worry!
