Transposition: Sounds like it was just transposed, meaning different numbers but mean the exact same thing. this has to do with cylinders, which means astigmatism. Astigmatism correction doesn't make things brighter, but more sharp. If its blurry, you need to go back to whoever prescribed it to you. Its not dangerous, but could cause headaches if its the wrong prescription.
