I have a sph power of -0.75 in left eye and -1 in right eye. my right eye also has cylindrical power of -0.5, axis 100. should i wear glasses always?

Your choice: Glasses are an optical improvement but not a medical item. If you need the clarity of vision these glasses can provide, then by all means wear them. But you do no harm living with a little blur and your powers indicate that reading should be no issue at all. Either way, the health of the eyes will not compromised.
