Vasoconstriction: Vyvance, which is an Amphetamine, causes blood vessels to constrict, called vasoconstriction. That would tend to reduce blood flow. So, when the Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) wears off, the blood flow to the gonads increaes. That may explain what you are experiencing.
