Emergency attention: Seek emergency medical attention or call the poison help line at 1-800-222-1222. An overdose of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) can be fatal. Od symptoms may include restlessness, tremor, muscle twitches, rapid breathing, confusion, hallucinations, panic, aggressiveness, muscle pain or weakness, fever or flu symptoms, & dark colored urine. These symptoms may be followed by depression and tiredness.

Wait it out: unless you are in cardiac distress, you should be able to just wait out the effects which shuld stop in a few hours. then cut back to a more reasonable dose.
