Tubal blockage: The most common reasons is partial Fallopian tube occlusion(blockage) from adhesions (spider webs like tissue) inside the tube itself which prevents the fertilized ovum from getting back to the uterus for implantation. Enemy number one - Fallopian tube infections such as Chlamydia and others.
