A member asked:

My grandma's blood pressure sometimes goes to 180 or even 60. but why? this happened to her before, which was 7 years ago, but it's coming back, why?

Many variables: There are many factors that can be affecting your grandma's BP: dietary salt, inaccurate measurements, change in kidney function, inadvertently forgetting a dose or more of medicine, new interactions ( for example, many over the counter pain relievers like Advil and Aleve (naproxen) antagonize BP meds), - just to name a few.
