Not Related: Cramping, Gas pains, soft stool has no relationship to implantation or sex. It is probably related to your diet and stress. Eat less carbohydrates, specially refined processed foods, less bread, less cauliflower and pasta. Eat small portions. Drink lots of water. Decrease your caffeine intake. Chew well. Meditate and do Yoga. All will be well.

GI symptoms post sex: Difficult to say whether this is implantation bleeding. Depends upon when you had sex relative to ovulation. If it was around ovulation, it would be around implantation and unlikely to result is GI symptoms if you had a early pregnancy. Wait and if you late by 2 days do a urine preg test.
