For the last few weeks i have loose stool almost every day, sometimes i have sharp pain and one time i say black spots in it... what can it be???

Loose stool: Hi, although ur loose stool could be completely a benign condition due to Lactose sensitivity, change in diet, etc but definitely an infection should be ruled out, a sample of ur stool should be sent for evaluation to lab to look for Parasite, Bacteria and worms, see ur MD. Good luck.

Hard to say: Sometimes loose stools can be due to a parasite, like giardia, other times it may be a digestive issue or food intolerance. Black spots in the stool may be something in the food you were eating, however if you see black tarry stools that can be a sign of bleeding in the stomach. Since it has been going on for 3 wks now, I would see your doctor for a proper history and exam.
