Black spots: Black spots in your stool are more likely specks of blood in your stool. You can get tested by your doctor or an over the counter stool test to see if you have blood. You may require further testing. Parasites are unlikely unless you have recent travel or other risk factors. If so, your doctor can also test for this but this is low on the differential.
