Determine Cause: What are they sensitive to? Hot ? Cold? Biting down? Large fillings? Cavities? Gum recession? Calculus deposits? As you can see, it would be very difficult to determine the cause of your problem without an examination. That's why you need to make an appointment with a local dentist.

Fluoride varnish: Your dentist might apply fluoride to the sensitive areas of your teeth to strengthen tooth enamel and reduce pain and teeth sensitivity. See your dentist for examination and treatment.
