A member asked:

Does crying or getting mad or arguing affect a baby in first trimester?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not very likely: Emotional changes during pregnancy are common. Your hormones are very different than you're used to. Most of the time such emotional difficulties will not affect the baby. However, the better you are able to manage stress during pregnancy, the happier your baby is likely to be later.
