Lyrica (pregabalin) in utero: Lyrica (pregabalin) has been shown to cross the placenta so I believe that if you were to take Lyrica (pregabalin), it would cross your placenta and enter into your baby's systemic circulation. Unfortunately, the clinical significance if not known at this time so if you can do without your Lyrica (pregabalin), you may wish to consult with your OB provider for some alternative treatments.

It is possible: Lyrica (pregabalin) should not be taken during your pregnancy unless it's benefits outweigh the risk. Lyrica (pregabalin) is category C according to the FDA. Meaning Lyrica (pregabalin) has been shown to harm animal babies in animal studies. This has not been studied in pregnant humans. A physician should only give this to you during pregnancy if your really need it for your health.
