Cerebral aneurysm: Yes. An MRA of the brain is a screening test. Additional testing with a cerebral arteriogram is perforned to confirm a true aneurysm. A 1-2 mm aneurysm is often observed rather than treated with endovascular coils, stents or surgical clips.
