Best tests: Cta and mra studies should readily demonstrate any significant aneurysm. If such a lesion is congenital and small, it may be missed, but ruptures tend to occur when larger than 0.9 mm, and the others would just be followed. If you possess uncontrolled high blood pressure, an acquired aneurysm, called charcot-bouchard, could result in hemorrhage, so watch your bp.
