Go to an ER: You need to be seen by a physician immediately. There are limited numbers of causes of hemoptysis (coughing blood) that are not potentially life-threatening. Go and be seen immediately. Good luck and I hope you are better soon. Depending upon when the C-section was this may be a pulmonary embolus. Please go and be evaluated.
