Hot drink ear pain: The pain in your ear is probably referred pain from your phayrnx, your hot drink stimulates/irritaates the pharynx nerve and the pain is referred ot the ear. Do you have a smiliar discomfort when you eat or drink cold stuff? You should see an ENT doc.
