Coffee ground stool: You're pretty young to have a lot of medical problems. Did you take your gastritis medication? Better check with your gastroenterologist or surgeon because you may need to have your gastritis medication changed.

Mgt: I would advise seeing the ED. Your physicians may check for a bleeding dyscrasia and ulcer.
