Mitomycin C: In addition to effects on blood cells you may getmouth sores, poor appetite, fatigue, and less commonly nausea and vomiting, mild diarrhea, hair loss, bladder inflammation (urinary frequency, burning, cramping, pain) - seen with intravesical (into the bladder) therapy, and there are other rare side effects. They may occur at differing times during the treatment. Discuss with your oncologist.
