Blood: Pink fluids means a minimal amount of blood with the secretions. If it does not repeat itself and he has no other symptoms, it might be just a tiny amount of blood from the nose or mouth that was swallowed . Observe for cough, abdominal pain, fever, or fatigue. If any of these symptoms is present you need to consult with his pediatrician.
