Nocturnal nausea: Can be a sign of reflux. Try to eat 3-4 hours before you go to sleep. You might also consider a pregnancy test if you could be pregnant.

Make sure: Make sure you go to bed with an empty stomach as delayed gastric emptying can cause nausea on reclining. Even eating very fatty foods in the early evening can cause retained food in the stomach a few hours later. Perhaps lying too flat is also a cause of bedtime nausea. Also avoid taking any medications at bedtime.
