Two tests: There are two tests that can be done to confirm that these contractions are not concerning. 1. A Fetalfibronectin (FFN). This is a simple Qtip test that can be done in the doctor's office. A negative result is a good result. 2. A sonographic cervical length measurement. The longer the cervix the better. Ask your doctor if these tests would be helpful in your care
