Yes, no: It is quite safe to take these concurrently. Acetyl-L-carnitine arginate is not known to stimulate nor suppress the thyroid but has been shown to reduce symptoms of hyperthyroidism. Ashwagandha balances thyroid function, stimulating underactive thyroids while calming overactive thyroid. It is not known to overstimulate the thyroid.
