Hell i want to ask if it's safe for me to consume ashwagandha while i already suffer from a controlled blood pressure (taking micardis 40) & also taking thyroid medications as i have underwent a thyroidectomy more than 20 years ago. ?

Yes: Ashwagandha does nt=ot interact with most meds, can be more sedating if taken with sedatives, but should be fine with micardis-Drugs.com
