Below average: Ideal weight for your age should be between 105-125 lbs, although the range can be wider. While your weight certainly is below average, you need to make sure, it is not due to any lack of intake or medical condition. Are you trying to lose weight or overly concerned about excessive weight gain?

No see a doctor: At 5'3'' you need to weigh at least 105 lbs to be in normal body weight range. You are seriously underweight and this is not healthy at all. Please see a doctor as soon as possible. If you think you may have bulimia or anorexia please also see a psychologist or therapist.

If your birthday : were today, here are your results: "Body Mass Index is 13.8, placing the BMI-for-age below the 1st percentile for girls aged 16 years 0 months. This child is underweight & needs assessment by a healthcare provider to determine possible causes of underweight." Below 1st percentile is below normal, not just below average & not safe. See your doctor ASAP & disclose if you have an eating disorder.
