Probably: If tinnitus is due to transient conditions such as infection, eustachian tube dysfunction, allergies, it most likely will be transient. With sensorineural hearing loss and long term noise exposure, it may be permanent, however oftentimes may fluctuate. Remember low sodium, low caffeine diet and treat the underlying cause. Good luck.
