Decongestant: Allergies can cause eustachian tubes to clog up. If you are otherwise healthy, pop 2 OTC pseudoephedrine 30 mg tablets. Plus get OTC decongestant nose spray (like Afrin (oxymetazoline) 12 hr) and squirt in same sode nostril where ear is clogged, but not for >5 days. Begin topical steroid like fluticasone or triamcinolone daily for longer term control, stop if nosebleeds. Consider allergist, find cause.
