Sort of: A urinalysis is a good screening tool for detecting certain infections by being positive for markers of inflammation (blood cells), but cannot specify without a culture or a specific additional test called a PCR for Chlaymdia and gonorrhea. Most other STD's are screen for by blood test or swabs with cultures (HIV, HSV for example).
