See allergist?: Allergic rhinitis is often linked to sinusitis but you need a CT sinus to find out if there is sinusitis present and whether there is a drainage issue. If you don't have any nasal or sinus obstruction at all, then you may need an immune evaluation to look for immune impairment. If the sinus opening is obstructed anatomically, then you need to see an ENT doctor to fix it.
