? chronic sinusitis : Dark circles under ur eyes could be a sign of upoer airway congestion, nasal cavity and sinuses, the disease may remain silent 4 sometime but tends 2 flare up or flare up other symptoms as cough and congestion or asthma symptoms, if present, need evaluation by an allergist/et sspecialist.
