If there is an : Issue with the outcome of a procedure that was done it would be wise to return as your doc has experience performing the procedure and handling outcomes. It may require something as easy as smoothing down the nail with a file and recommending a topical medication.

I don't think so: Probably not. Sometimes there is a bit of dead skin that accumulates in the space where the nail was. Try filing it and applying a dry skin cream.
