Maybe: If the area is dry and there is no drainage then it is probably safe.

Avulsion: There will certainly be drainage at the 2-3 day mark. Some pools restrict entry with a band aid or bandage in place. Check with your pool to, see what their rules are. The chlorinated water is actually good for the wound , but rules may prevent your entry.
