Big toenail avulsion surgery (full nail, not permanent) 6 weeks ago. still some scab, dried blood, etc stuck to skin.podiatrist says will take time to slough off. how long can this process take before i see smooth skin?

You are asking for the impossible. The body takes its natural time to heal. You can do a lot to slow it down. Normal healing process takes time. If drainage is present use a topical antibiotic . Wish I had a better answer. You can remove the dry blood.
