See Cosmetic Surgeon: You should have a consultation with a Cosmetic Surgeon. The surgeon will sit down with you and advise you what is right for your face. What are reasonable expectations and what is not. That way you hopefully can get a good satisfying result. Plastic surgery is not something to take lightly if you want a great result.

Imaging: In your consultation your doctor may be able to do computer imaging to give you an idea what the final result could be. It will help you to see size changes.
