No: Using pressure will not fix a "hump" on your nose.

Not realistic: Cannot push in a bony lump on nose. Best to accept the hump or consider having rhinoplasty.

Rhinoplasty: The only way you can treat a dorsal hump is by surgery. Pushing will not accomplish much.
