Hs crp 5.57, s calcium 8.4, alt 57. do they indicate an inflamed liver? doc says i may have psa. can psoriasis cause liver inflammation?

Yes: The ALT is high indicating a possible liver preoblem. This can be related to psoriatic arthritis or may be due to medication or a completely separate problem. It will take a more thorough history and possibly further testing to know for sure.
