Fistula: This sounds as if you have an abscess in that area or have a draining fistula from the mastoid air space which is infected. This should not be ignored and is is important to be diagnosed and treated urgently because of the severity of potential complications. See an ENT doctor and do this ASAP. Best wishes.

Sweat gland: Sounds like a sebaceous cyst (blocked sweat gland) This could be infected. You should see a surgeon for evaluation s soon as possible. Hope this helps Dr Z
