After piercing?: This depends on cause. By itself, it sounds unusual. J However after ear piercing, it is very common. Treat with warm compresses and observe. It will likely resolve but if not, you may want to see a physician for evaluation.

YES: There area multiple perauricular sebaceous cysts behind both ears abd these ols glands can cbecome clogged and form pimples, cysts or even abscess.

Yes!: Pimples can be anywhere and they can be very uncomfortable . Just make sure they do not get infected and DO NOT squeeze them. Infection can get to the brain with a bad outcome! If not sure or you are concerned , please consult with your PCP.
