Why would only one ecg show abnormalities s1t3q3 and the other ecgs (approx 3) be normal?

Hard to say...: Without looking at them. It could just be that the normal location of the ECG leads may have been switched around -- what we call "limb-lead reversal". They should be looked at by a cardiologist to be sure.
