How can a ecg go from normal ecg sinus rhythm to unspecified t wave abnormalities within a few hours?

T waves: Non specific T waves often occur on movement of the leads and are of no significance. It is also possible that they were so minimal that they were not reported in the reading of the first E.K.G.
