Hematoma: Bleeding and hematoma formation from the injection site is not uncommon and may occur if blood vessel is injured. You should be familiar with the anatomy of the region to avoid damage to nerves or blood vessels and subsequent bleeding complications. Drugs such as Toradol can also lead to thinning of blood increasing chances of bleeding.
