Weight loss: There is no safe fast way, the best way is to follow a good and well balanced diet and exercise, 1 pound of fat is equal to 3500 cal, to lose 1 pound a wk you need to cut back 500cal a day, add exercise to that and you might lose more than 1 pound a wk.
