I've been researching circumcisions for baby boy expected 10-14. i know there are two options. can u explain pros and cons of each?

Other methods are Gomco or Mogen clamps. Both quite different & preferred by many OB Drs. However risk of post circumcision bleeding greater. Gomco looks like a mini-torture device, Mogen looks like film director's clamp.
