A member asked:

Do supraclavicular nodes right and left, show up on chest xray if they were in the 2 cm range?do they show up easily on ct with contrast or u/s ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Imaging: Supraclavicular lymph nodes might be difficult to see on a chest x-ray. You should be able to see them on a CT of the chest. An ultrasound would be able to see them one at a time, but generally isn't used for monitoring because it doesn't give a good view of the surrounding tissues and especially the deeper structures. I hope this helps.
