Yes : Yes, it should not cause permanent infertility. Do NOT get pregnant while taking it as it can cause miscarriage. Esmya can thicken the womb lining - this is known as endometrial hyperplasia, which is associated with a slightly higher risk of cancer. Studies suggest this normalizes after the 3 month tx. You're already 39 and you have fibroids. So don't wait too long & discuss this w/ your doc
